We represent companies, public officers, directors, executives, investment advisors, certified public accountants, audit committees and independent auditors in connection with pending investigations, data privacy and other regulatory enforcement issues.

We have a strong track record in successful resolution of commercial disputes involving breach of warranty and delay damages under engineering, procurement and construction contracts, wrongful termination of distributorship and franchise contracts, breach of warranties in share sale and purchase agreements and breach of shareholder commitments under joint venture agreements.

We have experience in both domestic and international arbitration under ad hoc and institutional rules involving the International Arbitration Rules (MTK), Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
