Careers

Joining our Team. Do you believe you have legal talent? We look for the best legal advocates. Do you trust in your imagination and creativity? We seek innovators to tackle complex legal issues. Are you self-motivated, detail-oriented and persistent? We expect you to prove your legal research and writing skills efficiently under time pressure without compromising the quality of our work product that we promise to deliver to our Clients. If you believe you possess the above qualities, we invite you to apply to the opportunities posted on our website.

Law Students. We do not offer internships to 1st and 2nd year law students attending Turkish law schools. We invite local and international law students to interviews on a selective basis; focusing on law school level of attainment in national exams (LYS/LSAT), competitiveness of the law faculty and rigor of the law curriculum followed by the applicant’s grades.

Lawyers. At EB LEGAL we rigorously train our homegrown lawyers but occasionally invite laterals having exceptional skills and industry experience to join us on a project basis. Unless we post openings for lateral hires, we strongly discourage cold calls or referrals to which we may not be able to respond.

Professionals. At EB LEGAL we have a select group of non-legal professionals on our Team. Our professionals share our values and dedication to our Clients. They are highly talented, detail-oriented and hardworking individuals committed to delivering excellent service. We foster a collaborative working environment between our lawyers and our non-legal professionals. The recruiting criteria for our non-legal staff is as rigorous as for our legal staff. We encourage non-legal professionals to visit our website and apply for posted openings in their areas of interest.

How to Apply. All applications should be addressed to HR@eblegal.net and accompanied with a 1-page cover letter, maximum 2-page resume and a 5-page writing sample in English.

Each candidate is required to present proof of written and spoken English proficiency. A minimum TOEFL total score of 620 (Paper Based Test) or 100 (Internet Based Test) is required in order for an application to be considered. Native speakers may apply for a waiver of proof of English proficiency.
